My name is Andrew Suter and I am an Architectural Technician, operating as a Sole Trader so proud of the fact that every one of our clients gets individual attention, no matter how small the project.
Having entered the profession as a school leaver in 1988, straight into the deep end at an Architects Practise in my home city of York, I have accrued over 26 years experience working in Architects practises, large and small and producing drawings and plans for people like yourself.
I specialise in small works, such as House extensions, loft conversions, garage to room conversions, detached garages etc. I can also produce drawings for private developers converting larger buildings into flats. As a testiment to how diverse my workload can be, I have carried out a measured survey of a grade 2 listed hotel in Oxford, the same week as producing extension plans for a property in Berwick upon tweed, some 300miles apart. Another notable project I am proud of is the conversion of a Grade II listed building into the Alnwick Youth Hostel, which was opened by the Queen and Prince Philip in summer 2011.
I cover most of the North East and travel personally to meet every single one of my clients. I believe every client is important and deserves individual attention and commitment.
